Natacha Pierre

Becoming a doula is a calling for me, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with the Dieudonne Foundation to better support the Haitian community living in Indianapolis. I inherited simple but powerful practices from my grandmother and my adoptive mother—ways of caring, listening, and showing up—that shape how I provide support to others. I believe that giving birth in tough and uncertain times is an act of courage, resilience, and unwavering hope. That’s why I want to be there, offering steady support, clear guidances, and a presence that reminds every mother she is not alone.
