About Me
I have always been passionate about helping families access services and resources that can improve their health and well-being. As I worked more closely with mothers and families, I noticed that many people—especially immigrants and underserved communities—often feel overwhelmed, unheard, or unsure of how to navigate the healthcare system. I wanted to be someone who could guide them, advocate for them, and make sure they feel supported, respected, and informed. Becoming a doula allows me to combine my love for community work with my passion for maternal health. I want to help mothers feel empowered during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, while also connecting them to the resources they need to thrive.
