Kimberly Winfrey

I am a certified, community -centered doula with over a year of professional birth work experience and nearly 30 years of serving families and children. I am also a proud mother of three, and my own journey through pregnancy has deeply shaped the care I provide. My first child was born at 25 weeks, weighing just one pound. With my second, I experienced gestational diabetes and delivered a healthy nine-pound baby. My third baby weighed eight pounds at birth. Having walked through both high-risk and full term pregnancies, I understand the emotional, physical, and spiritual complexities that can come with bringing life into the world. Beyond birth, I am passionate about early childhood education and ensuring children have the strongest possible foundation - educationally, socially, and emotionally. I believe support should begin long before a child enters a classroom. It begins in the womb and continues through those first sacred moments of life and beyond. I don’t just support families-I become part of them. Pregnancy can be one of the most hopeful seasons of your life, but it can also bring moments of anxiousness and uncertainty. You don’t have to navigate that alone. I walk alongside you every step of the way, offering warm, nurturing care and a calm, grounded presence so you always feel safe, seen, and confident in your journey into motherhood. For me, birth work is more than a profession - it is a calling. I am committed to educating and empowering expectant parents so they can begin their journey with confidence, love, and a healing mind and body. My goal is to help families feel informed, supported, and deeply cared for as they welcome their babies into the world. 🌎
