I was inspired to become a doula through my work as a medical interpreter in a hospital, where I witnessed how language barriers and lack of support can impact the birth experience. Seeing the need for compassionate, culturally sensitive care motivated me to provide more direct support to birthing families. As a doula, I am committed to empowering, educating, and advocating for mothers so they feel heard, respected, and supported throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
