1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Dieudonne Doula Data Tracking System ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
The Dieudonne Foundation connects expected families and individuals seeking doula support with certified, vetted doula professionals. We facilitate introductions and initial matches but are not a party to the ultimate service agreement between client and doula.
3. User Responsibilities
- Accuracy: You agree that all information provided during registration and profile creation is accurate, current, and complete.
- Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Professional Conduct: Doulas agree to conduct themselves professionally and ethically in all interactions with clients and to adhere to standard scope of practice guidelines.
4. No Medical Advice
The Platform and its content are for informational and coordination purposes only. The services provided by doulas are non-medical nature. Doulas do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical care. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the site, render the site inaccessible to others or otherwise cause damage to the site or the content.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dieudonne Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service or for the cost of procurement of substitute services. We do not guarantee the performance of any doula or the outcome of any birth.
6. SMS Communications
By providing your mobile number through our intake forms or account settings, you consent to receive SMS communications from Dieudonne Foundation regarding services, alerts, and matching updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
7. Data Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described therein.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
